I'm so excited! I have been officially accepted into Kingsley College! I start on August 1st, that's in 2 and a half weeks. I'm really looking forward to studying again. I really enjoy learning and all (well, almost all) that comes with being a student. This is the course I'll be doing if you're interested in taking a look at it:

    That's great pal!

I love Kingsley College. Say hello to Sheila, Mavis and that cool new principal they got for me :)

You should do more counselling subjects though ;)

Don't forget you are a first year student - and technically a MATURE AGE one at that... This means:
    - Sit in the very front row
    - Come early to ALL lectures
    - Rule margins on all pages (in red)
    - Make sure you buy all the really EXPENSIVE text books
    - Keep asking EXACTLY when the deadlines are and get things in MUCH earlier
    - Have good posture and wear sensible LEARNING CLOTHES!
    - Don't talk to people like DBoy (you will notice them in the back row, IF they remember to stagger in late. They look hung over, bored, cynical, they draw cartoons on scrap pieces of paper and eat smelly food loudly.. They leave early, usually 40 minnutes before the end of the session, or they sleep)
    - Do wear NEW shoes so as to help d timers identify you as a new student.
    - Bring a thermos of tea - No hanging out at the cafe.

Ok, so basically be the opposite of everything I was at university. HAHA! Thanks for the helpful advice revhead. I'll be taking that all very seriously. I've printed out that list and will endevour to adhere to every single point. Must buy new shoes... and learning clothes... whatever they are.

hehe, i remember people like that when i was at uni. i must say i found it really annoying when they'd keep asking a whole lot of questions about the assignments and the exam in the first lecture!

I had a guy like that in one of my philosophy lectures. Thankfully he wasn't in my tute! But I WILL become one of THOSE people! If I take revheads advice that is. But he is always right, so a nerd I will be! Or I'll tell him I am and I won't actually do it.

Rev, you're freakin me out, man. How many of my lectures did you sit in on? Was I some kind of observational test subject? EVERYTHING you said about me was ENTIRELY true!

    Up the back.
    Cynical.
    Bored.
Looking hung over (never was, I swear!).
Either drawing cartoons or doing crosswords.
Dunno bout the loud and smelly food though...

Not sure I ever experienced that, but I'll be sure to create that experience for others!
