500 Miles

(This song is because I went on a 7 hour hike today, and I am so sore I can hardly walk. Silly idea I know! I thought it was going to be more like a cross country trek, but it was a mountainous hike. Oops. I should so some more research before I do silly things like that.)

But I would walk 500 miles
And I would walk 500 more
Just to be the man who walked a thousand miles
To fall down at your door

Och ay, my bonnie lassie! I hope you bellowed it in proper scottish manner too whilst striding across the highland moors in a kilt, the McTink clan, I think, a fearsome haggis munching tribe1

I once did a twelve km hyke with a Simple Plan song stuck in my head. My brain hurt more then my feat by the end of it.

I did the 7 hour hike with a Josh Groban song in Italian stuck in my head. I don't even know all the words, and the words I do know I don't know properly because they are in another language. :(

I know the song doesn't fit quite right, I just couldn't think of another song that fit the giant hike thing. And yes, I fall down at Jakes door from exhaustion and pain.
