Barbukka Here We Come!

Well I booked another gig for us! Whoo!!! This time it's @ Barbukka which is just near Fibbers, where we played last time. I'm so excited! I have to design posters for this one, so I need some feedback. What works best? I have 4 different ads I can use.

    hey - just been catching up on all the reading. sorry i missed fibbers, i was really disappointed i couldn't go. i had a one night only chance to catch up with a good friend down from canberra and i'd already had to pike on him once when i couldn't go to visit him. it was one of those crappy decisions where someone gets let down either way.

    Ok, here's my poster advice:
    Great editing on the photo, i would take the picture from either the first (from the top) or the third poster. Probably the third is the best, i wouldn't blur it though (or is that my cataracts?). I'd probably choose the straight edge border from the second one and for the text i would give it a thin (like one pixel) black outline and not run any filters on it - it needs to be easy to read. Also i would move the text a bit in more to make sure it doesn't run over the border or sit too close.

    The colours on the photo are great, i love the desaturation on the background.

    I would go second or third down. The first one you're too blurry and if it was in poster form might come off bad, and the third one doens't have you guys in it, and I prefer you two there, it gives a better idea of what people can expect from the performance.

    I also dig the colours
